Future Living is associated with "Hips to go" to assist us in providing the full HIP.  We can take the order over the phone where direct arrangement is made with our local assessor. There is no impersonal call centre based panel to deal with.

Order confirmation is on the same day so there is no delay in marketing your property. The pack we produce will belong solely to you therefore you are free to choose any Estate Agent you wish to market your property.

We believe our price to be very competitive, just £199.00 + VAT for all Freehold properties & £225.00 + VAT for Leasehold. We manage this as we supply our own Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) without a third party being involved. Our aim is to provide a fast, excellent service for our local SK; WA & CW area.

We can also provide single EPC to complete your HIP pack which can be passed on to your Estate Agent or Solicitors. The single EPC is just £58.00 + VAT when you quote "Online" for any size property with a 48 hour turnaround time.  We can receive instruction directly from you; your solicitor or HIP provider.

All our Energy Assessors are fully qualified and have had full advanced background checks by the Criminal Bureau Agency. Our Professional Indemnity insurance covers up to £1,000,000 and £2,000,000 for Public Liability for your peace of mind.
